Its elevation of 800 meters above sea level, favorable climate, and red basalt soil together provide the ideal character and parameters for the coffee, resulting in a harvest of the highest quality. Thanks to the sustainable farming practices of recent years, banana trees are now planted among the coffee shrubs; this not only improves soil quality but also lends a unique and special aroma to the coffee beans.
