Lajos Varga – or "Luigi," as he is known in coffee circles – possesses 35 years of professional routine and experience in the field of coffee roasting, viewing the enrichment of Hungarian coffee culture and the promotion of the love for coffee as his true calling. At the Caffe Brando family business in Kaposvár, a roasting facility equipped with a machine park meeting all demands and modern, state-of-the-art digitalized systems awaits the rollout of CINEMART COFFEE’s unique and special coffee blends.

Our Head Barista, Dávid Németh, started his career at 15 at the Grand Hotel on Margaret Island. He learned from renowned mentors like Attila Molnár and Máté Nezvál. His competitive career took off quickly, as he became a national champion at age 17. He worked for years as an instructor for a leading international coffee company. From 2014, he spent two years managing barista training at a new café in Pécs. After that, he ran his own business, the Belvárosi Kávéház in Kalocsa, for 13 years. For 12 years, he has traveled to major European cities (like Düsseldorf, Warsaw, etc.) as an expert for professional events. He has been a member of the Hungarian Gastronomy Association since 2022. Today, he manages a 400-person event center in Bakodpuszta and regularly holds training sessions for students. He strengthens the Cinemart Coffee team through his commitment to innovation and quality.
